At IronWolf Systems, we take pride in offering professional-grade lifting and garage equipment built to last. Every product sold by IronWolf Systems is backed by the manufacturer’s limited warranty

Warranty Coverage

All new products purchased directly from IronWolf Systems include the following warranty coverage from the date of delivery:

  • 1-Year Parts Warranty: Covers replacement of defective parts that fail under normal, intended use.

  • 3-Year Structural Warranty: Covers defects in the main structural components or frame of the product.

  • Free Shipping on Warranty Parts: Replacement parts approved under warranty will be shipped free of charge.

  • Labor Excluded: Warranty coverage does not include labor, service, or installation costs.

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from IronWolf Systems.

Eligibility and Limitations

To qualify for warranty service, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  2. A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order number) must be provided.

  3. The claim must be submitted within the applicable warranty period.

  4. The customer may be asked to provide photos or videos showing the issue.

  5. Products must not be disassembled or modified before warranty authorization — doing so may void the warranty.

The warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:

  • Improper installation, misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations

  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage

  • Corrosion or environmental exposure

  • Commercial or industrial use beyond the product’s intended capacity

Consumable or wear parts (such as seals, hydraulic fluid, fuses, or pads) are not covered unless a defect in materials or workmanship is found.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you experience a problem with your product, please contact our support team before taking any action.

To start a warranty claim, email us at  contact@ironwolfsystems.com and include:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the defect

  • The serial number (if applicable)

Once your claim is reviewed, our team will provide you with instructions for repair, replacement, or other appropriate resolution. Unauthorized returns or shipments will not be accepted.

Inspection at Delivery

We strongly recommend that all customers inspect their shipment upon delivery.
If visible damage or missing items are noticed, note them on the Bill of Lading or Delivery Receipt before signing, and notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Failure to report shipping damage within this period may affect warranty eligibility.

Limitation of Liability

IronWolf Systems’ responsibility under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts as specified above.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of time, income, or use of the product.
