At IronWolf Systems, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a 30-day return policy for eligible products sold on our site, starting from the date you receive your item. This policy incorporates certain manufacturer requirements as outlined below.
Order Cancellations

Orders not yet shipped may be canceled, subject to a 5% cancellation fee.

If an order has already shipped, our return policy will apply.

Deposits for special-order or non-stock items are non-refundable.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received them—unworn or unused, uninstalled, with all tags, and in the original packaging including manuals and accessories. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
We do not charge restocking fees on most standard returns. However, returns initiated for reasons other than defect or warranty claims may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
How to Start a Return
All returns must be pre-authorized. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@ironwolfsystems.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the designated return address. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Customers are responsible for round-trip freight costs; freight charges may be deducted from the refund.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns, credits, or exchanges:

Consumables, wear items, or custom/special orders

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Contact us immediately at contact@ironwolfsystems.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly under warranty or replacement procedures.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the unwanted item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or other method used at checkout) within 10 business days. You will also receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
