At IronWolf Systems, we are committed to ensuring that every order is processed, shipped, and delivered as efficiently and transparently as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our handling times, delivery estimates, freight requirements, and customer responsibilities.

Order Processing

Orders are accepted online 24/7.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Our standard handling time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on product availability, manufacturer lead times, and order volume.

Please note: Lead times are estimates only and may vary based on manufacturer production or carrier capacity.

Shipping Rates & Regions

We currently ship only within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

  • Free Standard Shipping — on all orders

Free standard shipping applies to outbound delivery only. Return shipping and any round-trip freight costs remain the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.

Estimated Delivery Times

Handling Time: 37 business days from payment confirmation.
Transit Time: 4 – 7 business days after your order has been shipped.
Total Estimated Delivery: 7 to 14 business days from the purchase date.


Delivery estimates exclude weekends and public holidays.
Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to weather, high demand, carrier issues, or supply chain disruptions. Such delays do not constitute grounds for refund or chargeback.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and current tax regulations. Any required taxes will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. To track your order, click on Track My Order in the website header, then enter your tracking number in the designated field and submit. You will be able to view the current status and delivery progress of your shipment.
If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days after placing your order, please contact us at contact@ironwolfsystems.com.

Shipping Damage / Missing Items:

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. Any visible damage or missing items must be reported to contact@ironwolfsystems.com within 7 days of delivery, and noted on the Bill of Lading or delivery receipt when applicable.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will refund the order amount (excluding any return shipping, rerouting, storage, or reshipment costs incurred) and you will need to place a new order.

Address Change

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request an address change by contacting our customer service at contact@ironwolfsystems.com Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address.
