Once your order is placed, your payment method will be pre-authorized, and you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days.

Standard delivery times are estimated at 7–14 business days, depending on product availability and your location.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally.

Expedited shipping may be available for an additional cost. If you require expedited delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm availability and pricing.

Taxes & Duties

All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of applicable sales taxes. Taxes will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for paying any additional duties, tariffs, or import fees that may apply based on their jurisdiction.

Shipping Delays

Freight Shipments & Customer Responsibility

Some of our products are heavy-duty equipment that ships via freight. In such cases:

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.

  • Additional charges may apply if redelivery, liftgate service, or special handling is required.

  • Freight deliveries require that someone is present at the delivery location to accept and sign for the shipment.

  • Customers are responsible for all round-trip freight costs if shipments are refused, returned without authorization, or if inaccurate information is provided.
